Donald McNeil is very low from a stroke of paralysis. He is 79 years of age and it is feared he cannot survive the shock very long. Mrs. Holmes Witter and husband of McKinley and Mrs. Sara Wolliver of Alpena were notified of the low condition of their father and they hastened to his bed-side to render him assistance in an affectionate manner. All of his children are in the township at present, viz: Mesdames A. Yuill, John McDonald, S. Woliver, H. Witter, D. Mulholland, and Miss Emma McNeil and three sons, Archie, Alex and Donald Jr.
