Transcription : HOME REVIEWINGS. In the suit of Alcona county against the estate of Wm. Conklin, deceased, to recover from said estate on account of Mr. Conklin, who was one of the bondsmen for Edward Chapelle, late defaulting county treasurer, Judge Tuttle has recently rendered his decision in favor of the county in the sum of $8,000.
