      " A sailor- hauled gold mining equipment for '49ers around Cape Horn,Free Methodist - very strict. Married Margaret Van Volkenburg in Reekskill, NY , had 5 children in Humbolt County Iowa, moved to Fonthill,Quebec, canada across from Niagra Falls, then to Alpina, Michigan near Lake Huron in E. Michigan." "Will & Charles had 160 acres in little Hanaford Valley, Centralia Washington. 80 acres to Charles Towner, 80 acres to Will Towner".
