      "Kills Divorced Wife, Self"
      Detroit, Oct 25 (AP)
James Kells, 50, of Toledo shot his divorced wife, Mrs. Ethel Kells, 44, to death with a deer rifle in an office on the 33rd floor of a skyscraper here yesterday, police said, and then shot himself in the head with the same weapon.
Allen Agree, 34, who was in an adjacent office, told police he heard a woman scream and then four shots. Mrs. Kells was employed in the office as a stenographer.
A note found in Kells' pocket gave instructions for disposal of their bodies and property
