´uª0 Was made freeman of Simsbury February 7, 1703. Volume 4, page 162 Simsbury´uª0 ´uª0 Land Records, has the following entry: "23rd day of December, 1720, Whereas´uª0 ´uª0 Andrew´uª0 ´uª0 Moore of Simsbury,since September 10, 1717, hath entered and well´uª0 ´uª0 improved two´uª0 ´uª0 Entire parcels of Town Common in Simsbury on the east side of the´uª0 ´uª0 river by virtue of a´uª0 ´uª0 town Grant, therefore we, Lieut. John Pettybone, Joseph Case Sen´uª0 ´uª0 (senior) and Samuel´uª0 ´uª0 Humophries being comitte have for euer Quit claimed the title´uª0 ´uª0 the town had to these´uª0 ´uª0 lands to the said Andrew." Jan 17, 1720 he sold land to´uª0 ´uª0 Jonathan Moore. Andrew Moore´uª0 ´uª0 Made his will May 7, 1752, died May 18, 1752, in´uª0 ´uª0 Winton bury, at the home of his´uª0 ´uª0 daughter Lois, and the property was distributed´uª0 ´uª0 August 28, 1752. In his will he speaks´uª0 ´uª0 of himself as Simsbury, residing now in Winton´uª0 ´uª0 bury, and of "having arrived at a great´uª0 ´uª0 age" The appraisers say he has " In´uª0 ´uª0 proclamation money as followeth," oe 5, 16s. He´uª0 ´uª0 had a house and barn, orchard, one´uª0 ´uª0 piece of land in the Marsh of 20 acres and one on´uª0 ´uª0 the Hill of 5 acres besides´uª0 ´uª0 household goods, clothing, etc. The estate amounted to about´uª0 ´uª0 oe120, and was given´uª0 ´uª0 to his daughter Lois Hoskins, Daughter Sarah and the heirs of his´uª0 ´uª0 son Sanders of´uª0 ´uª0 whom he mentions Sanders and Andrew. He Had 6 children born in´uª0 ´uª0 Simsbury,´uª0 ´uª0 Connecticut.´uª0

´uª0 It is probable that Mary was the daughter of the first wife. May 20, 1736, Andrew´uª0 ´uª0 and Mary sold to George Cradock of Boston, for oe 12, 10s., all their land at Copper´uª0 ´uª0 Hill,´uª0 ´uª0 " especially that right that descended from our father George Sanders, long´uª0 ´uª0 since´uª0 ´uª0 deceased."´uª0 ´/uª
