Obituary -
"Mrs. Roy Byce of Alpena, former Harrisville resident died at 5:30 a. m. June 27th at Alpena Hospital, where she was recently entered from the J amieson Nursing Home in Harrisville. She had been ill about ten years.
Jennie Mae Beever was born in Harrisville on July 16, 1885. Her paren ts were George W. and Mary Ward Beever, pioneer settlers. She attended Fi sher School as a child. Her marriage to Roy Byce took place in Harrisvil le in 1904 and he preceded her in death in 1954. They moved to Alpena fr om Harrisville in 1948, where she made her home until last year when she r eturned here.
Surviving are: one sister, Mrs. Charles (Rose) Schram of Lincoln and Wi lliam G. Beever of Harrisville.
The body is at the Gillies' Funeral Home in Lincoln where services wi ll be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 29. High Priest Marshall McGui re of the L.D.S. Church in Mikado will officiate and burial will be in Wes tlawn Cemetery, Harrisville."
