Liberty Paper, FridayDiedIda Roselle Mount was born in Knox County, Illinois, November 7, 1856 and departed this life December 22, 1912, aged fifty six years, one month and fifteen days.On December 15, 1880, she was united in marriage to Edwin Moore. To this union were born six children, two dying in infancy, and four surviving the mother - Mrs. Maude Laverick of Beaver City, Ralph Moore of Denver, Arthur Moore of Beaver City and Mrs. Mabel Anderson of Pauline, Nebraska, all of whom were present at the last sad rites.Mrs. Moore belonged to a family of six children, four of whom are still living, Ralph Mount and Mrs. Ena Adams of Liberty, Mrs. Lou Edwards of Cambridge, Nebraska and Mrs. Alice Richards of Rockton, New York, all of whom were present at the funeral. Edwin Richards and Clarence I. Anderson were also present. Beside these the husband and six grandchildren are still here to mourn her loss. The family moved to Stuart, Iowa in 1882 and from here to Liberty in 1884 from which place they went to Furnas County in 1893 and there they have since resided. While still a young girl, the deceased accepted Christ as her Saviour and gave Him her allegiance in faithful service until the Grim Reaper garnered her soul and bound it among God's golden sheaves. She was a loyal member of the Methodist Episcopal Church.Mrs. Moore was a charter member of the local lodge of the Eastern Star and here she shone with a benign influence. She had no enemies and was kind to all - always faithful, true and patient, ever ready in a quiet way to do her part. She was well prepared to live a blessed life but felt quite ready to change worlds, regretting only to leave her loved ones to battle alone the uncertain warfare of life.Funeral services were held at ther home city, but the body was brought to Liberty for burial and Reverend N.L. Packard conducted services at the Ralph Mount home on Christmas morning. | Mount, Ida Roselle (I11410)
