In 1981, Miss Gayle Brown of Atwood produced a biographical sketch of those buried at the Blakeman Cemetery near Atwood in Rawlins County, Kansas. It is unclear as to the sources of her information, however the following was given in regard to Mary A. Chester: "Mollie Chester was born in Goshen, New Jersey. Her maiden name was Sullivan. She was short, chubby and brown haired. She was well loved by the community and everyone called her Aunt Mollie Chester. She, like her husband, died at an elderly age. She died at the Thomas County Hospital in Colby. Her age and death date are also unknown".
