Transcription : MRS. ELIZA CARD DEAD Mrs. Eliza Card, 79, passed away at 1:00 Wednesday afternoon at her home in Haynes, following a stroke of apoplexy she suffered last Friday. Mrs. Card was the widow of Fred Card and she had been a resident of Alcona county for 52 years. The surviving children are Mrs. Florence Noble, Fred Card, Henry and William Beaton, all of Haynes, and Mrs. Esther Morocco of Detroit. Two brothers Joseph and Edward Miller, and a sister, Mrs. Charles Clark, also survive. Funeral will be held from the home Saturday at 1:00 p.m., slow time. Interment at Mt. Joy.
