HutchensRonald Dale Clark Article about Death by Car Accident Alpena paper, Sunday Feb 4, 1968 Son of Lachine Couple Crash Kills Former Resident Ronald Dale Clark, 24, son of Mr. & Mrs. Robert Earl Clark of R 2 Lachine, was killed instantly Sunday morning when the car he was driving hit a bridge abutment near Antwerp, Ohio. He was alone in the car. Clark was born Jan. 17, 1944 in Alpena and was a 1961 graduate of Alpena High School. He had served four years in the Army, with one year in Korea. He was married while in service and, following his discharge, had lived in Antwerp. His widow, Lana, survives as do a 10-month-old daughter, JoAnn; his parents; two brothers, Kenneth of Flint and Thomas of Lachine; three sisters, Mrs. Harry Gersewski (Betty) and Mrs. Lynn Ritthaler (Nancy) of Detroit and Deborah of Lachine; and his grandmother, Mrs. Minnie Clark of Harrisville. The funeral will be at 2 Wednesday at the Schilb & Sons Funeral Home in Antwerp. Interment will be in Antwerp. Attending the service from the Alpena area will be his parents and sister Deborah, and aunts and uncles, Mrs. William Liske, Mrs. Eugene Smith, Mr. & Mrs. Arleigh Black and Francis Black.
