Description : Road building is being done on the state road south of the village.
Transcription : Eugene Lathrop, with a force of men and horses, is at work on State road job south of the village. He is to log, stump and turnpike the same four rods wide, from the south line of B. P. Cowley's property to the Catholic cemetery. Mr. Lathrop is a good road builder.
