Transcription : The confinement of Duncan McArthur in an insane asylum is justified by all the circumstances and the prompt manner in which Prosecuting Attorney Smith has disposed of the case entitles him to great credit, especially when it is borne in mind that the usual method pursued by public officials is to procrastinate until the public patience is nearly or quite exhausted.
