He is age 23, and is living with a family next door to Edwin Edwards, who is still at home. The family is Charles and Thirza Wetmore and they have other unrelated adults living on their farm. Thirza is buried in the Ontario cemetery, born Thirza M. Moore 29 July 1844 and died 6 August 1910. Thirza is his sister. He is found in the 1880 Illinois census, Knox county, Ontario township. He is age 33 and is working on the farm of Edwin Edwards and his wife Annie Louisa Mount, he married her sister Ida.
