Funer al services for Mrs. Rhoda Byce, 77, who died in hospital Wednesday, we re scheduled this afternoon in the Mittelstadt Lake City Chapel with buri al in Evergreen. Mrs. Byce was born in Iowa. She came to Seattle 36 yea rs ago. She was a member of the Lake Forest Park Presbyterian Church. S he resided at 3545 E. 182nd St. Surviving are her husband, Jesse P.; a da ughter, Mrs. C. O. Patrick, Sumner; and sister, Mrs. John Lloyd, Spokane ." [note: probably came to Seattle < 36 years before, as she appears in Id aho, in 1920 U.S. Census, still with A. Watson Simmerman]
