- Wm. Jr. established his family on Long island. He was a proprietor of Rye and White Plains. His company developed and sold most of what is NY City today. His heirs recv'd payment in 1720. His dau., Sarah, md. John Archer, and Mary md. Matthew Valentine who also moved to Va. The oldest son, John, recvd. 1/2 the property and settled at Phillipe's Manor NY Reginald O'Dell settled the Maine land and Thomas in Maryland. Samuel and Stephen moved to the south, proving up land and settling Shenandoah Valley from north to south.
