Notes |
- He retained the original home of his father in Carmel and continued theiron business. The only record of his estate at Poughkeepsie is: 21 Nov. 1794, Isaac Fuller, Moses Hazen and Philip Smith, all of Fredericksburg in Frederickstown in Dutchess County, gave bond in the sum of 800 pounds for Isaac Fuller as adminstrator of the estate of Eleazer Hazen late of the same place, farmer. l After his death his family scattered, making it difficult to secure accurate records. Mis Chloe Fuller of Warren, CT, a niece of Hannah (Fuller) Hazen, wrote on her 72nd birthday, 26 OCT 1887, that the children Lydia and Amzi Hazen came to Warren soon after their father's death and lived with their uncle and aunt Sackett until they married.
