• Notes

  he worked at home for a while in the store and meat market and the gas station. Learned the butcher trade and later went to Detroit and worked for Cadillac Motor Co. a Division of GMC. The last ten years before he retired he worked as General Foreman of the foundry. He retired May 31, 1958. they moved back to Harrisville and he was the Mayor of Harrisville for a year or two.
