Court Record, Page 31--10 October, 1743: Inventory of the estate of John Tuller, late of Simsbury deceased, was now exhibited in Court by Jacob Tuller, Adms. Inventory was ordered recorded and kept on file. An account was now exhibited in Court by Jacob Tuller, of Simsbury: Paid in debts and charges, œ88-09-09. Which account was accepted and ordered on file.
Page 36--27 December, 1743: Jacob Tuller, Adms. on the estate of John Tuller decd., showing to this Court that the General Assembly, holden at New Haven on the 2nd Thursday of October, 1743, impowered him the sd. Adms. to make sale of so much of the real estate as will procure the sum of œ65-19-03 in old tenor bills for the payment of debts due from sd. estate with the necessary charges arising thereon, taking the directions of the Court of Probate in the County of Hartford: Whereupon this Court direct Jacob Tuller, Adms., to set up advertisements, etc., etc., etc.
Page 50--6 November, 1744: Pursuant to the direction of the Court of Probate in Hartford, in October, 1743, for the sale of the real estate of John Tuller, late of Simsbury decd., for paying the debts due from sd. estate, I did according to sd. direction make sale of one piece of land in Simsbury, of 104 acres of land, on the 15th day of May last, to Ambrose Ladow, for œ61-00; and also one piece of land in sd. Simsbury I sold on the sd. day to Isaac Tuller of Simsbury for œ11-15-00 old tenor; charge of sale amounted to œ2-02-00. An account of the sale and charge ordered to be kept on file.
